Our quality assurance program is aimed towards ensuring flawless construction of Pipes, Tubes, Pipe fittings (Butt Weld & Forged), Wires, Tube Fittings, Flanges, Fasteners, Sheets, Plates as per National, International specification and dimensional standards. The process includes:
- Conducting quality audits to check products against desired codes & specifications
- Maintaining all records
- Products checked for overlapping, pitting, cracks, seams and dimensional accuracy
- Carrying out necessary chemical & physical tests
- Conducting tensile tests on samples taken in accordance with codes as demanded by purchaser on universal testing machine calibrated & approved by authorized inspection agencies
- Conducting hardness testing on at least 10% of each lot with generated results recorded in separate register
- Conducting impact test on low temperature fittings as covered by specification ASTM A420 WPL grades
- X-Ray examination carried on all Welded Pipes, Tubes, Fittings
- Checking products for inside/outside burrs that can be formed during forming & machining operations
- Fittings supplied to purchaser furnished with manufacturer's test certificate containing information like Heat Mark, Batch Number, Hardness value, Raw material composition, Heat treatment done, Radiography results (If carried Out), Chemical & physical test results, size, schedule, specification and quantity supplied
